I upgraded my 2020 Nissan Rogue for a 2024. My original salesperson, Derrick Thompson, contacted me as my lease end date was coming up. He enticed me with a deal that made sense. I am very pleased with the deal and my new Nissan. This is the 4th Nissan I have leased. Derrick knows his stuff . I only gave 4 stars as it took a lot longer than I had expected.

Had a recall on my 2017 Nissan Rogue. I also had an inspection, and they found a couple of issues that needed addressed which they did, after speaking with me and explaining what the issues were and what the cost would be. The repair was done faster than I expected. I was being offered a loner vehicle but the service department fixed my car before what they anticipated it would take.

Got an oil change with email coupon and they found a loose heat shield and fixed that too with my approval. So far so good. Was going to speak with a salesperson while I waited but I guess they were all busy.

I have unfortunately had my Pathfinder in many times to deal with starting issues, while this has been a pain, I must say that I have been extremely happy with service manager Tim Cain. He has been helpful and courteous. Tim genuinely worked hard to correct the problem and always came through with a loaner vehicle while the work was being done. I appreciate all he has done.
