Went to pull in for service and in the drive-thru was a kid ( looked about 16) playing basketball with a hoop on the wall in the lane. 1st of all far from professional and not what you would expect from a dealership. Secondly I'm not taking the chance of getting my car hit. Don't know what they could be thinking?? But definitely not what there customer would think for sure..
I have been dealing with these guys for over 30 years. I am guessing that we have purchased 10 or more cars there. I can honestly say that I will never purchase or service a car anywhere else. Simply the best around. Sales is honest and upfront. Service department is reasonably priced and seem to really care about us.
I had my 2024 Nissan Ariya with only 9,000 miles towed via Roadside assistance to Delaney Nissan because I had a flat tire that couldn’t be repaired. They provided a price to replace two tires that were the same as what came on the vehicle but were $100 higher than a local tire shop. Although Nissan shows a Nissan Tire Match program in the MyNissan owner portal the service & parts manager wouldn’t honor the program. I called Nissan corporate and they said they couldn’t help me because the dealers are independently owned and operated. So long story short don’t go to this dealer if you want the best pricing and to feel like a valued Nissan owner.
Will never buy another car from them again. Traid in value 4,400 dollars, resale value next day 11,000.
What they call "free" inspection is their way of cheating the customer. Getting the needed service elsewhere makes them extremely angry. They accuse their customer of getting the "wrong" replacement part because it was 1/3 of their price. They shake the part in the customer's face and called us stupid because we could have gone elsewhere for the inspection. Went all the way up to Nissan headquarters. Seems like it is common practice.
They found a way to get out of a $500 rebate for my military service. I was buying a new Suburban at a cost of almost $85,000! I was paying full MSRP, almost $900 in dealer fees and they wanted to load up with dealer installed extras for even more money. When they do this to you, just speak with your money and walk away! They are not the only dealer with cars. Terrible business practices. Let's remember these kinds of dealers when we buy next time!
Really had a great experience at this dealership. Low pressure sales and not trying to push a car on me just to sell a car. They answered my many questions politely, honestly and with knowledge. This dealership is a well oiled machine. Very professional, and my Salesman, Bill, was very nice and patient with all of my many questions & concerns. The Sales Manager, Patsy, was terrific and went out of his way to check on something for me, and Nick G. in Finance was super and very efficient. My Salesman Bill was on top of my situation the whole time on what I was looking for in a vehicle. The detailing on my new car was perfect.I would recomend this dealership if you are looking for a Nissan.
Well didn’t go here with good credit. Salesperson was a good guy. But be very careful of what the financial people say and do. Expected one thing and of course it changed to there favor. Again be careful take notes and if it don’t feel right don’t do it. Didn’t even get a Manual on a 2018 Nice
I unfortunately went went to this dealership. They have given me the worst experience I’ve ever had. I live in New Jersey my transmission went in Pittsburgh. They charged me $4500 for a USED transmission. Also charged me for a rental car the whole time. They “ordered the wrong part” and added an extra six days to my stay. I was stranded out in Pittsburgh for a total of three weeks. Oh and want to hear the best part? My transmission still ISNT fixed and now my car WONT EVEN TURN ON. STAY AWAY.
Great service very thoughtful and courteous in explaining service work. Explained recalls. Very senstive and caring. Close to Mall drop me off and pickup when work is complete.
The guys on the floor were really nice and patient. But the day I went in to look at some cars they ran a credit check which I was OK with, the day after I told them no I didn't want to buy the car they ran another credit check and they were both hard. This caused my credit score to tank. So just beware that if you are going in to look at a car don't let them run a credit check until you are sure you wanna buy the car.
They gave me a good value for my trade,which was in good condition,so I wasn't slighted at all. They were very patient,and brought every car that I wanted to see or drive. Steve and Nick were my salesmen,and they kept in touch even when I would text them. The finance dept was the smoothest one Ive ever dealt with,and I have bought SEVERAL cars and trucks. It was fast,and informative about every aspect of the purchase.My only regret is that i hadnt known about them sooner. The service dept is very accommodating as well,and provides a nice clean waiting area. I felt well informed while waiting for a minor flaw to be taken care of.
We purchased a Nissan pathfinder here not long ago and I have been wanting to spread the word about my experience. Most dealerships attack you when you just want to browse the lot but Star was different. We were friendly greeted when we arrived and said we just want to look thanks. They listenedto our request and said if you need anything et us know. Whe we did find on we liked we did indeed let them know. they were not at all pushy or pressuring durin the process. Long story short we ended u with a gray pathfinder sl and we love it! Thanks again!
Leased a 2014 Sentra from here two years ago. I've brought it in regularly for oil changes, tire rotations, inspection, etc. I couldn't be happier with how I'm treated by the employees at the service center. They always get the work done in a timely fashion and my car runs great. No problems whatsoever. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for trustworthy auto service.
Bought my Chevy Cruze here a few years ago and have been taking it here for service regularly ever since. The guys working in the shop do excellent work and are very honest about the work they do. In a world where it's so difficult to find trustworthy auto service, this place is a breath of fresh air!
